Shipping and Returns

Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product, which will be indicated on each product offered. Orders containing multiple items will be sent in one shipment.

In Italy, delivery times are 1 to 3 days, chosen by the customer; in other EU regions, delivery times are 1 to 12 days. Although we strive to ensure that the transport company meets these delivery times as much as possible, we cannot guarantee these delivery times. In rural areas far from city centers, delivery within 24 hours is not guaranteed.

We ship after payment confirmation. Additionally, we have set order dispatch control parameters based on the quantity of items.

Returns should include any gifts or promotions. Full returns (complete packaging or items + gift) are required to proceed with the refund. If the product includes an application download code, it is required that they have not been downloaded to proceed with a full refund.

We only accept returns of unsealed and undamaged materials within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Such returns will be processed as balance refunds, as there is no legal regulation on the right of return between companies, and these procedures are regulated according to Passionesence's conditions.

We do not accept returns of products with blister packs or heat-sealed products and other factory safety seals broken.

The above conditions do not waive the right to warranty or replacement of defective products. Passionesence reserves the right to refuse returns if any irregularities are found in the returned products.

Receive a refund

After the return is approved, the refund will be returned to your account balance in the original way.

The product is defective: products within the warranty scope.

Does not meet expectations: the product does not meet your expectations and you want to return it and get a refund.

Transport damage: the product was damaged during transportation.

14 days: if you bought the product and received it but don't want it.

24 hours: for products damaged during transportation.

The refund response time is 1 to 5 working days from when the package reaches our company.

The refund will be returned to the original payment method.

Products with incomplete, opened, or unsealed original packaging.

Underwear products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.

No. All returns or warranty products will be processed with a refund first. After receiving the balance, you can repurchase.

The warranty period for new products is 2 years, and for products purchased at a discount or Outlet, it is 1 year. The warranty period starts from the invoice date. Passionessence products have an undetectable warranty label, which records the shipping date and must match the information you provide.

The processing time is generally 1 to 8 working days, but we will try to expedite the process.

When handling personal hygiene products, the original packaging must be used for shipping. Please store the product in the original packaging and then place it in another box to protect the product during transportation. Include all accessories.

If the package is damaged during transportation, please take photos as soon as possible and contact us. We will handle such issues immediately. Please note "Product or order damaged/handled" when returning and attach relevant photos.
